BRN is a private non-profit Foundation set up in Barcelona on September 26, 2012, with the aim of promoting and speeding up collaborative research and valuable innovation in respiratory health.
The existence of BRN is based on:
- Willingness to collaborate with prestigious researchers from hospitals and research centers, the pharmaceutical industry and civil society organizations with common interests in respiratory health.
- Strategic importance of R & D & I as an economic and social welfare engine in the country.
- Visibility and international appeal of the “Barcelona brand”.
