The project awarded in the 2014 edition of the Foundation Ramón Pla Armengol – BRN Grants, focused on the topic “lung microbiome” is:
Project: Respiratory Microbiome and COPD exacerbations,
IPs: O. Sibila (Hospital de Sant Pau, Barcelona) i R. Faner (Hospital Clínic, Barcelona).
The result of call is the product of a scientific international assessment, managed completely independently by AQuAS. BRNScientific Committee and the Board gave their final approval.
The official award ceremony took place on October the 22nd 2015 in the gardens of the Casa Museu Ramón Pla Armengol.
