“Predictor of early readmission in acute exacerbation of COPD”has been awarded with the 2013 BRN-FRPA grant.
The project, led by Prof. A. Torres (H. Clínic), and involving 2 other hospitals (H. Mar and H. Parc Taulí), has obtained the highest punctuation (86/100), among all submitted proposals, which have undergone an independent international evaluation process, managed by AQuAS.
The international evaluators have highlighted the scientific quality of all the proposals reviewed.
The official prize giving will take place on 13 June 2014 in Caixa Forum in Barcelona, within the BRN symposium “From systems Personalized medicine to biology. “
